It's hard to find cider makers that grow their own fruit. Much of the cider available on the market is made with dessert apples or concentrate juices.
They don't have a public presence at their Cidery but they do sell their cider at the Ithaca farmers market and it is amazing! I've replaced drinking pretty much all other alcohol with Eve's cider at this point. Also they have a very user friendly website that you can order from. My favorite is the rustica and the northern spy, oh and the Albee hill.
Not Eve's. This is authentic cider with traditional apple varieties. Their cider, like fine wine, expresses the terroir of this land.
